As part of Dublin Tech Week 2026, The Digital Hub is hosting a Lunch & Learn roundtable with @rent_a_recruiter exploring how AI is changing hiring and what growing companies need to rethink.
Hiring has changed. CVs look stronger, candidate volume is rising and decision-making is getting harder.
This practical, discussion-led session is designed for founders, CEOs and HR leaders managing hiring in scaling businesses.
Table discussions will cover:
• AI in recruitment operations: where it saves time and where it creates noise
• The human in the loop: when everyone looks strong on paper, how do you assess real capability?
• The future of hiring: what comes after traditional CV screening?

The Digital Hub Development Agency (DHDA) seeks expressions of interest from suitably experienced individuals, organisations or consortia who may wish to apply, under a public tender process, to lease The Bank at The Digital Hub for uses that align with the vision, mission and objectives of The Digital Hub.
Register your interest by 6pm on Friday, 5th June 2026. ⏰
The DHDA is exploring whether an organisation or individual aligned with its strategic objectives would be interested in taking an initial three-year lease on the building. This organisation would be responsible for delivering a programme of public activities in the building.
An information booklet outlines the history and ownership of the building, its current use, building dimensions and features, probable profile of the tenant and the DHDA’s public tender process and timelines.

Great to see the scaffold removed from St. Patrick’s Tower following some repair and repointing of the lower brickwork — all done to a traditional brickwork pointing technique called the penny strike.
