Dublin Fringe Festival 2026 at The Digital Hub
The Digital Hub campus will host two performances and an exhibition as part of this year’s Dublin Fringe Festival.
An Cailigh Rua
Taking its name from the mealtime incantation “Marbhfhaisc ar an gcailligh rua”, destruction to the red-haired girl, this visual art exhibition explores Ireland’s rich but interrupted culture of cooking and the fraught position of women within it.
Through lace, painting, ceramics, 2D animation, patchwork, weaving and embroidery, Megan Luddy O’Leary traces histories of hunger, labour, food, control and survival, from lace-making and the Magdalene laundries to dairy production and seafood foraging.
The exhibition will be available for public viewing at the Digital Depot at The Digital Hub from 9th – 12th September from 10:00am – 6:00pm, daily. {Get Directions}
Black Transmission
Black Transmission is a performance installation that struggles against colonial legacy and erasure.
Placing their body and voice against Dublin’s 18th century architectural print, Clodagh Assata Boyce relates the city’s historical fabric to the transatlantic slave trade and the process of sugar refining.
In this confrontation, they unveil a haunted white spatial imaginary experienced in 21st century still.
Developed as part of the Common Ground Collective Futures Residency. Supported by Dublin Fringe Festival’s Weft Initiative & Pan Pan Platform at Dublin Fringe Festival.
Performances will take place on Wednesday, 16th September and Thursday, 17th September, with two performances each day, 7:30pm and 9:30pm.

Wit & Whimsy; Yin & Collapse
Welcome to Yin Yoga class. Breathe out. You are gently encouraged to relax. Please ignore the slow collapse of everything around you.
A gentle yoga class is a great place to process burnout, capitalism and the end of the world, right?
Blending dance, theatre, live music and optional participation, this absurdist performance begins in calm guided stillness before spiralling into awkward humour, collective release and emotional chaos.
Come stretch, breathe and maybe let it out. We’re here for you. Kinda.
Performances will take place on Saturday, 19th September and Sunday, 20th September with two performances each day, 1:00pm and 6:00pm. A preview of the performance will be on Tuesday, 8th September at 8:00pm.
