ℹ️ Libertine Market is a monthly flea-market pub crawl: a market spread across different pubs in The Liberties, Dublin 8. The Digital Hub Development Agency (DHDA) is inviting expressions of interest from experienced individuals, organisations and consortia interested in leasing The Bank at The Digital Hub through a public tender process.
The opportunity is open to those whose proposed use of the building aligns with The Digital Hub’s vision, mission and strategic objectives.
📅 Register your interest by 6pm on Friday, 5th June 2026.
DHDA is exploring the potential for an organisation or individual to take on an initial three-year lease of the building and deliver a vibrant programme of public activities from the space.
An information booklet is available, providing details on the building’s history, ownership, current use, dimensions and features, as well as the proposed tenant profile and the public tender process.
