The Digital Hub is delighted to host a number of events on our campus as part of @culturenightdub 2025 on Friday, 19th September.

~ These Walls – Street Art Tour & Immersive Installation: These Walls is a multiphase public art and cultural placemaking initiative rooted in the streets of Dublin 8. Funded by the @homeofguinness with support from @dublincitycouncil, @immaireland and The Digital Hub.

~ After Light - These Dark Citizens: Artist, @peterpowerart, in partnership with The Digital Hub and @dublincitycouncil, has created a new bespoke geo-locational artwork for the Liberties area. “After Light: These Dark Citizens” is a city wide interactive story that unfolds as the night falls on the Liberties and surrounds of Dublin 8.

~ Culture Night Flea Market: @We_Love_Markets will hold their third Culture Night Market in front of St. Patrick’s Tower at the Digital Depot building. Visitors can expect vendors selling local Irish design, mid-century furniture, vintage clothing and arts and crafts. The market runs from 4pm to 9pm.

~ Dublin Camera Club Photography Exhibition: @dublincameraclub will be opening their gallery to the public. The gallery will be showcasing work from members who did well in the recent panels competition in 10–13 Thomas Street at The Digital Hub. The exhibition will be available for public viewing from 6:30pm – 10:30pm.

~ Change Clothes - Story Threads: @changeclothesdublin are teaming up with @dublinstoryslam and their storytelling and skill-sharing project City Stories to bring you Story Threads - an evening of free drop-in workshops and a special storytelling event.

The event will take place in iD8 Studio at the Digital Depot on Wednesday, 17th September from 6:30pm - 8:30pm. ⏰

Are you a designer, developer, journalist or data fanatic in and around Dublin? Join Rudi O`Reilly Meehan to meet fellow practitioners and hear from those who are passionate about telling visual stories with data.

There is no single speaker for this event - instead the floor is open for you to give a 5 minute showcase of a fun project you are working on in a relaxed, more intimate setting (numbers are capped at 50 for this event).

The hope is that this will lead to some great discussion and some future collaboration.

The event is currently at full capacity but you can join the waitlist via the LinkTree in our bio.

@audience.design has been a member of The Digital Hub since August 2023.

Since 2019, Síle has been consulting on Audience Design for both independent producers and established production companies throughout Europe and the rest of world.

Síle facilitates and runs workshops for film teams to help them identify potential audiences for their films and the positioning of their projects in the ever-competitive marketplace. Her contribution as Audience Designer has led to international premieres at top festivals, world sales deals and theatrically-released titles and successful applications with @ced_ireland_media, @screenireland and the BAI.

Before this, Síle held positions in Distribution at Pulse Films, CinemaLive and Altitude Films where she worked on award-winning campaigns and on box-office records, ranging from Cannes buzz indies and Oscar-nominated animations to boyband concerts and live opera.

Síle is the Director of The Audience Design Lab for the @screeninstitute, a voting member of the @europeanfilmacademy and a co-founder of the Audience Design Collective.
