The Digital Hub currently has five office spaces available to rent in our Townhouse Twenty2 building on Thomas Street.
The offices range from 235 sq.ft to 366 sq.ft and can fit 4-8 staff.
Pricing ranges from €945 to €1460 excluding VAT per month.

Past, Passing or To Come
Cyprus meets Ireland through contemporary art.
The exhibition Past, Passing or To Come brings Cypriot artists into creative dialogue with artists living and working in Ireland, drawing inspiration from Sailing to Byzantium by W. B. Yeats.
Participating artists are Christina Shiakola, Eliza Pieri, Mandalena Miltiadi, Vassilis Vassiliades and Manuel McCarthy Valderrama.
The exhibition will be available to view in The Bank at The Digital Hub from Friday, 27th February to Thursday, 5th March from 12:00pm - 6:00pm daily.
The exhibition is presented in Dublin within the framework of the Cypriot Presidency of the Council of the European Union 2026. It is funded by the Deputy Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Cyprus and realised with the support of the Embassy of the Republic of Cyprus in Ireland.

📣 [Open Call] Smart D8 announces Call for Pilot Projects 2026! 📣
Smart D8, a real-world population #health and #wellbeing demonstrator, has just launched a new open call to trial innovative #pilot projects in three areas:
➼ Nutrition
➼ Social Connectedness
➼ Workplace Wellbeing
Supported by an innovative partnership model to address health and #wellbeing challenges identified by the #Dublin8 community, the 2026 pilot call is open to all #Enterprise, #Academic, and Public and Private sector organisations at any size who:
🔵 have innovative population health / wellbeing solutions ready to engage with citizens in real-world environments
🔵 can engage a large number of end-users in the 45,000-strong Dublin 8 community
🔵 can #demonstrate measurable #impacts on social and economic determinants of health
🔵 can be enabled by collaboration with Smart D8 partners, and
🔵 has a focus on illness prevention, with an ability to #scale
Up to three pilot projects will share in up to €30,000 as part of the 2026 Smart D8 initiative.
The partnership provides changemakers with a chance to connect their innovations with citizens in real-world community settings, and demonstrate their ability to scale to wider populations.
