VHI CXM Innovation Day At The Digital Hub – Fostering Public Health and Wellbeing Innovation

The Digital Hub is delighted to have facilitated VHI’s annual CXM Innovation Day — a dynamic event where design thinking meets real-world impact.

The Digital Hub was delighted to host the innovation team from VHI on April 10th. A two-day workshop was developed with Smart D8 showcasing inspiring innovations that are already market validated in the real world.

The thirty members from VHI’s innovation team engaged with innovators from Smart D8 pilot projects who shared their journeys from idea to implementation. The positive impacts achieved by them provided a inspiration to participants who are innovating digital health and wellbeing solutions that will help people live longer, happier and healthier lives.

Round table sessions were hosted in the Learning Studio and the Digital Depot lounge. Teams were set tasks to develop innovative projects. The teams prepared their ideas and pitched them on day two.

Feedback from the participants has been extremely positive. The opportunity to come to The Digital Hub and see how innovative ideas can be transformed into market validated products and services has helped to accelerate VHI’s innovation process and create opportunities for Smart D8 pilot innovators to connect with corporates.
