Digital Depot building opens to the public for Open House Dublin
From 15th to 17th October, the Irish Architecture Foundation presents Open House Dublin – an extensive programme of talks, tours and exhibitions that will highlight the buildings of Dublin.
Our Digital Depot building opened to the public on Saturday, October 16th and Sunday, October 17th.
The Digital Depot building is a multiple-bay former printing works and was built in 1955 by the Guinness Brewery on a site purchased from the Roe Distillery. The Printing Works was responsible for all printing needs of the brewery, from internal booklets and stationary to the hundreds of thousands of bottle labels produced every year. Now, Digital Depot is one of several building that make up The Digital Hub campus. The Depot building is home to digital & technology companies with flexible office space created specifically to meet the demands of the digital industry.
