Responding to enquires
DHDA is committed to providing its members, stakeholders, other government departments, the general public and media with an excellent service. Any person who contacts the DHDA via this website will be provided with a service, which is helpful and courteous. All queries will be dealt with quickly and efficiently and responses to queries will be appropriate, thorough, and substantive.
Enquiries via the website will be responded to during DHDA office hours which are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm, excluding Bank and Public Holidays.
DHDA will acknowledge all enquires within two working days of receipt and send a response within 10 working days. In the event a full response cannot be provided within these timeframes, DHDA will send you an interim reply explaining the delay.
