Weekend Swap Shop Manager
Change Clothes are currently hiring for a Weekend Swap Shop Manager to join their team.
About The Role:
Hours: Saturdays and Sundays, 11am – 5pm
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Swap Shop Manager to lead the weekend operations of our clothing swap shop. This role is central to our mission to reduce clothing waste while creating social value and local opportunity.
The successful candidate will also be required to cover annual leave for the Head of Circular Fashion.
Person Specification:
- Experience in retail, charity shops or community enterprises
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Experience in coordinating staff or volunteers
- Commitment to sustainability and/or community engagement
- Friendly, proactive and confident communicator
