The next session of @bloopgroupdublin will be taking place this Friday, 17th January from 6:30pm - 9:30pm in Studio 2 - 10-13 Thomas Street at The Digital Hub.
ℹ Bloop Group is an evening for electronic musicians & producers of all levels - from the mildly curious to professionals - to hang out, test out kit, and make music, culminating in a structured collaborative jam where everyone gets involved.
Inspired by Bristol’s Bleep Klub, Bloop Group is less about the gear, and more about having fun, learning and making music together, in a low-stress, playful environment.

The team at Digital Hub Development Agency had a great start to the new year with a visit to @thelibertiesweavers and @themugshot_coffee on Tuesday.
At @thelibertiesweavers, we learned all about the history of weaving in our Liberties community and also the impact of textiles.
While at @themugshot_coffee, we learned about Mugshot’s social inclusion mission over great coffee! We’re energised for the year ahead and ready to complete a sustainability strategy for our organisation.

@flux_dublin are hosting a Figure Painting in Oils weekend workshop with artist, Nicholas Robinson taking place this weekend,11th & 12th January, 9.30am to 4pm in Digital Court.
Painting the figure has always been a staple exercise in learning the craft of oil painting and this weekend workshop covers the core skills required.
This course is ideal for those looking to start their exploration into the art of Figure Painting or for the more experienced artist who wants to improve their fundamentals.
By the completion of the course, participants will have a clear understanding of the techniques and steps involved in painting the figure as well as increased levels of observational skill. No prior experience is necessary, only a strong interest in painting from life.
